I was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona in October of 1988. I have one older brother and three incredible nephews. Currently, I am working in retail as an Assistant Manager of a golf clothing store. I am also a student at Full Sail University where I am pursuing a degree in Music Business. Eventually I am hoping to become part of the touring industry as a tour manager.
Growing up in my family, it was almost impossible to not be exposed to country music. My parents raised my brother and I on traditional country music that included legends George Jones, Merle Haggard, and Waylon Jennings. As I grew older, I developed my own taste for the genre. I am grateful every day that I was able to live through the best decade for country music, the 1990s. The 90s allowed me to create my own country music identity. I began listening to records recorded by some of the best artists like Trisha Yearwood, Terri Clark, Alan Jackson, George Strait, and many, many more. The artists of the decade lit a fire within me that eventually would lead me to pursuing the degree in Music Business.
Outside of writing for All Things Country, you can catch me on the golf course, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying the beautiful state of Arizona.
